By using SmartDataAI, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing smartdataai.ai or buying one of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Description of Service
SmartDataAI provides free online tools for cleaning, processing, and analyzing data, and paid done-for-you data cleaning services. The free tools run in your browser. Some of them (Company Domain Finder, Lead Quality Analyzer, ICP Generator, Cold Email Generator) produce estimates and templates from built-in rules that run in your browser; they do not use AI models and do not look up live data.
3. Acceptable Use
- You must comply with all applicable laws, including data protection (GDPR) and anti-spam (CAN-SPAM) regulations
- You must not use our tools or services to harvest data unlawfully or send unsolicited spam
- You must not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service
4. Paid Services
What we sell: one-time cleaning services at fixed prices and a monthly Data Care Plan in three tiers. The price, row limit, and what is included are the ones shown on the service page at the time you pay.
Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. One-time services are charged once. The Data Care Plan is charged every month until you cancel.
Delivery: delivery times shown on the service pages are measured from the moment we receive a usable file from you. They are targets we work hard to meet, not guarantees. If we expect to miss one, we will tell you.
Row limits: if your file is larger than the limit for what you bought, we will contact you with a quote before doing any extra work.
5. Refunds and Cancellation
One-time service: you can cancel for a full refund at any time before we deliver your cleaned file. If the delivered file does not match what the service page says is included, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it at no charge. If we cannot fix it, we will refund the order.
Data Care Plan: you can cancel at any time by emailing hello@smartdataai.ai. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and that period is not refunded. Unused rows do not roll over.
To request a refund or cancellation, email hello@smartdataai.ai from the address you paid with.
6. Your Data
You keep all rights to the files you send us. You confirm that you are allowed to share them with us for cleaning, including any personal information they contain. We use your files only to deliver your order and handle them as described in our Privacy Policy, including deletion within 30 days of delivery.
Please keep your own copy of anything you send us. We are not a backup service.
7. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of results from the free tools, especially the estimate-and-template tools named in Section 2. For paid services, we clean your file with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee that every error in a dataset will be found, that every email address is deliverable, or that a file will import into a particular system without changes. Always review a cleaned file before you rely on it.
8. Advertising
Our free tools are supported by Google AdSense advertising. By using the Service, you consent to the display of ads.
9. Intellectual Property
All content and design on SmartDataAI is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. This does not include the files you send us, which remain yours.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its results. For paid services, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the order or, for the Data Care Plan, the most recent month. You are responsible for complying with email and data laws when using outputs.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Changes do not apply to an order you have already paid for.
