The spreadsheet you are afraid to open

Every small business has one: the customer list where the same person exists three times, five years of orders in four date formats. On the Night Shift, we clean it — while you sleep.

What the shift does

• Deduplication.
• Format cleanup — dates, phone numbers, emails made consistent.
• Obvious errors flagged, with a fix suggested for each.
• Delivery: the cleaned file plus an itemized change log — what changed, and why.

Data safety — the core promise

• Your file is used only for this cleanup. It is never used for training, never shown to anyone, never shared with any third party.
• Files are deleted from the processing environment within 7 days of delivery. You may ask for immediate deletion, and we confirm when it is done.
• Do not submit tables containing government IDs, bank card numbers, or similar sensitive identifiers. If one arrives by mistake, we destroy it unprocessed and notify you.

The night log

After each shift, this page publishes an anonymized log: rows processed, duplicates merged, the most imaginative mess of the night. No business names, no data content — ever. If a shift fills up, waiting entries roll to the next shift and are told by email.
