WHAT YOU GET
- A cleaned file in CSV format, ready to import
- Duplicate rows removed (exact duplicates, and one row per email address if you want it)
- Empty rows removed and stray spaces trimmed
- Email addresses lowercased, with badly formatted addresses flagged in a separate column
- Phone numbers in one consistent format [state the format, e.g. +1XXXXXXXXXX]
- Dates in one consistent format [state the format, e.g. YYYY-MM-DD]
- Names with consistent capitalization
- A change report: rows in, rows out, what was removed, what was changed, and what still needs your decision

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
- Checking whether an email mailbox really exists (I check the format only)
- Finding missing information such as job titles, phone numbers or company details
- Scraping or building lists

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU
- The file (CSV or .xlsx) and the number of rows
- Which system it is going into, if any [CRM / email tool name]
- Any rules I should follow [e.g. which duplicate to keep, which date style your data uses]

HOW I HANDLE YOUR DATA

- I do not contact anyone in it, share it, or reuse it
